Customer Testimonials

I spend over 50% of my working time traveling to Europe/Asia and have in the past tried many local “taxi” firms and was never satisfied, I was regularly let down on pick-ups/ returns late etc. I was so disappointed that for over 12 months I used my own car and left it in the airport car parks, not ideal in both cost and after returning from 14hours traveling not a pleasant experience driving home.

However for the last 8+ months I have been using Q Cars and I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive. Never having been let down I can now relax and enjoy my business traveling more. I have no hesitation in recommending this service to my colleagues and any other business or other users.

Roy Clarke

I have travelled with Q Cars twice daily for a number of years, I find them extremely good. The drivers are helpful at all times and are always punctual. The cars are well serviced and very clean at all times.

Tony Tunicliff

Qcars have provided me with a very friendly and reliable private hire service. I have been using them regularly every week for almost four months now. They have been absolutely excellent! Not let me down once! All the drivers are very polite and courteous at all times!! They’re always jolly and cheerful with a welcoming smile! I wouldn’t use any one else!! Kind regards

Hi Paul and Dean. We were every impressed with the service provided by QCars. The driver was on time and provided a safe journey home despite the horrendous weather conditions. The price was very competitive. We would certainly recommend QCars to friends and relatives

Dear Sirs I am delighted to provide you with feedback on the service I receive from QCars. I have a demanding role as a Management Consultant currently working for Severn Trent Water where time is money and reliability is crucial. Qcars have played a key role for me over the past months and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending their services. They are punctual, reliable, friendly and courteous as well as cost effective. Since moving to them I am saving over 20% from my previous provider and have a great deal more confidence in their service. Kind regards
